I only just received the dispenser today for use in my guest bathroom for foaming soap, but my initial impression is that I'm very impressed. I love how matte the black is on the pump. The overall design fits my style(I'm a sucker for geometric patterns) and the decor in my home. I also like that the opening for the foaming soap attachment is downward facing rather than front facing.What I didn't realize is that the pump tip shown in the product images is actually a detachable piece. You have to attach it to the pump if you want to use the dispenser for foaming products. (The detachable tip is not needed if you plan to use the dispenser for thicker consistency products like lotions.) I would've preferred for the pump to be a single piece, but I understand that this feature makes it more versatile. But one gripe I have about this is that the detachable tip is a slightly different shade of black than the pump and is rubberized. It's not too noticeable from afar but it's one of those things you can't un-see once noticed.A nice feature to mention is that the pump is fully rotatable in both directions. What was interesting for me is that the instructions mention that the pump may need to be primed a few times for the first use. But I actually got a full pump of foamed hand soap on the very first pump. Not sure if that speaks to the efficacy of the dispenser but figured it's worth mentioning.I actually like this dispenser so much, I've already bought a couple more for my kitchen and other bathrooms. I'm very impressed with the design of this dispenser.
