My niece really wanted this product for her birthday. I was lucky to find it on Amazon because it was sold out in stores and online. The product was delivered in a strong box, that was in another priority mail box, then wrapped in a mail bubble wrap envelope. The bottle, however, was slightly dented. It had to have been dented before being wrapped up and sent off. That sort of detail should have been noted in the description. In the long run, my niece didn't care, but if I was given a gift to someone other than an eleven year old, I'd be unhappy.
