This was recommended to me by a neighbor to help repel mosquitoes. Something about the scent. It helped when applied right before going out in yard.It’s also moisturizing and reasonably priced.I apply it generously.Smells divine, scent not overpowering, not greasy, not too thick or too thin, all Andalou body lotions are worth every pennyLove this stuff!I like the body lotion and tracked it down on Amazon. However, my order came in with the shower gel instead of the lotion. I can't find a way to reach the company. Amazon says an exchange has to be made through the Andalou company. How can I do that?Its a body cream, but its great for face. Tightens skin. Feels AWESOME! Smells like heaven. Love all andalou products. It was packaged in a box with air puff bags around it. It was open, foil under lid intact. But the little nub on the inside lid was broken off in the hole so couldnt stay shut. Had to happen in the factory, don't see how it could during shipping. Lucky I had my last tube still and just switched lids.I’ve been slowly switching out all my old beauty products for clean, non-toxic products, and I loooove Andalou Naturals. They’ve been a lifesaver in every way (especially facial care), and this lotion is unbeatable.I live in the mountains and we have incredibly cold, long winters, and this winter dried my hands and legs out like a dehydrator. I had SCARS on my shins from months of itching my dry skin and couldn’t even think of shaving them. Disgusting, I know. I tried every lotion I could get my hands on, but nothing touched my poor skin. So when I started switching out for healthy beauty products, I honestly didn’t have high hopes for this. I just wanted something that would at least soothe and wouldn’t drown my body with toxic ingredients and fragrance. But once again, Andalou won me over. My shin scars are almost fully gone, my skin is back to being bouncy and hydrated, no more itching or burning, and my hands look 10 years younger. And I’m 100% sold on the roses smell. I bought the 1000 roses face wash which is what inspired me to try this lotion - I’m in love. Not everyone loves the smell, I’m sure, but I want every product to smell like this, I’m in heaven!This lotion is ok, not very emollient. Good as a light moisturizer. Scent is very light. I was hoping for something with a little more rose scent.I live in the wonderfully harsh climate of Ohio. I refuse to use toxic lotions. It is so hard to find natural lotions that aren't greasy and moisturize. Andalou nails it! Even in the winter, my skin (normally on the drier side) stays moisturized. And I am not leaving greasy fingerprints everywhere.Smells nice but not so moisturizing - The skin doesnt feel nourished after applying this cream. It smells very nice but it doesnt last long.I absolutely love the fragrance of this lotion. I bought it because it is one that the EWG recommend as being free of irritating chemicals and I couldn’t be more pleased. I will definitely be purchasing againThe ingredients are just lovely in this, and the scent is nice if a bit over powering. I wish it was a bit more moisturising, though that said, my skin looks and feels better after continued use.I really like Andalou body lotions as they are great! I was keen to try a new fragrance but this didn't smell right to me. Perhaps if you love lavender you will like it, but to me it smelled a bit off.Beautiful indulgent feeling body cream that leaves skin silky smooth with a delicate scent of rose petals ?
