I have combination skin that's prone to breakouts, sensitive skin and eyes, and I also wear a lot of makeup over my moisturizer. This lotion checks all the boxes.You can put it on very light but it's not liquidy, unlike other light moisturizers. Or you can really layer it on, like if you're going to bed. I can't tell if it actually helps with breakouts. BUT. I normally get eye irritation from ANYTHING with fragrance on my face. But my skin loves this stuff, it always responds well to it. I can even put it on the bags under my eyes before bed with no irritation. And it feels lovely on the skin.I wait about 20 minutes after applying it to start my foundation, which seems to work well. If I applied a really heavy amount, it got cakey under my foundation. But that was easily solved by just using less.
