I am using product like shampoo ,soap and body butter from earthbaby since 3 months and my baby has very soft skin and there is no irritation. Also the body butter gets absorbed to the skin very quick. I loved their product and also their products come wrapped in paper and not in plastic, I was impressed by that also. Also when I ordered body butter I was not quite impressed with the product as it did not smell like the earlier one, product owner himself called me and told will do the refund and I ordered the product again and it was perfect, so no need to worry about customer support. Also in their site they have trial option, so I tried before buying the products and now I am regularly buying their product.
